這些題目相對可以找到一些實物。如果說你手頭有PLC的話，當然好處理。如果沒有PLC的話，我倒是覺得單片機是你的一個選擇。PLC最便宜的也要好幾百塊。單片機就便宜了。去淘寶上買一個銷量最好的產品。那種產品一般用的人比較多。賣家也有一些技術支持。還可以加入一些QQ群之類的。多上一些這些學習的網站看看。不要什麼都看，什麼都下載。找幾家有現成東西的。多動手。看一萬次不如動手一次。有電腦。有信心。下決心就行學會！

我建議從這幾個問題入手：

1. 用S7-200系列的話，設置一個主程序，然後按照條件去調用子程序，掃碼這個過程一定要在主程序中，即感測器動作，然後讀卡器必然動作

2. 在主程序中設置比較環節，如果比較結果為真，調用子程序，用子程序來控制電磁閥，即當比較結果為真，調用子程序SBR_0，子程序中，感測器到位，驅動斷開延時定時器，在固定時間內驅動電磁閥。當布料到位後，電磁閥掉電。

3. 如果氣缸需要復位，可以在上述定時器掉電後，打開放氣開關。
