2，PS：報告機長，客艙設備完在待用狀態，准備工作就緒，是否可以上客？機長回答可以。
PS：報告機長，上客完畢，手續齊全，是否可以關門？機長回答可以。

3，關機門廣播： （廣播同時SS巡視客艙：請將手機關閉，Please close your mobilephone）
女士們，先生們，早上好！機門已經關閉，為了避免干擾駕駛艙內的飛行儀器，請您將手提電話和電子物品全部關閉，事關大家的安全。

6，PS：報告機長，客艙各項准備工作完畢。（乘務員回到自己位置坐好）

7，機長廣播起飛，PS：女士們先生們我們的飛機很快就要起飛，請再次確認安全帶是否系好，L&G，our plane will take off shortly, please make sure that your seatbelt is securely fastened.

8，（飛機平飛後――系好安全帶燈滅，發報紙。此時發生火災，SS滅火，並向PS報告火源位置）
PS：報告機長，客艙左側失火，乘務員正在滅火，沒有人受傷。
乘務員要有傳遞滅火瓶的動作，與此同時，安撫旅客，調換座位）
PS：報告機長，滅火瓶使用了3個，滅火失效。（機長叫PS進駕駛艙，告知水上迫降）

9，召集乘務員 PS：請全體乘務員到L1門來。（傳達指令，分工，對表，與此同時機長廣播）

10，廣播通知旅客：（開始計時）（SS調整旅客座位、挑選援助者3名，並向援助者講明援助方法）
女士們、先生們： 我是乘務長，現在代表機長廣播，請保持安靜並做下面准備。 L＆G：This is your chief purser speaking, further to the captain』s announcement . please keep calm and carry out the following preparation.

11，廣播介紹出口。（SS劃分區域）
女士們、先生們： 請注意，在飛機的左右側設有緊急出口，請按乘務員所指的方向脫出，在所指定的門不能脫出時，請盡快轉移到其他出口。
L&G: Attention please: there are emergence exits on each side of the aircraft ，please locate your exit by following the cabin attendant』s direction. If that exit cannot be used, please quickly move to another one.

12，收取尖銳物品。（SS要用中英文說，請摘下領帶，脫下高跟鞋，將眼鏡放在行李袋內，remove you highheal shoes…）
為了您脫出的安全，請脫下高跟鞋，摘下領帶、項鏈和尖銳物品，將假牙、眼鏡放在行李袋內。
Please remove your high-heeled shoes, collars and sharp objects. Keep dentures and glasses in your baggage.

13，表演防沖擊姿勢。（水上有救生衣）
女士們、先生們：請扶直座椅靠背，系好安全帶，我們將向您表演防沖擊姿勢。(SS此時對旅客喊：看著我，跟我學。。第一種，第二種)
Ladies and gentlemen: Place your seat in fully upright position and fasten the seat belt tightly. We』ll show you how to brace for impact.（SS喊：follow me!）
第一種：上身挺直，收緊下顎，雙手用力抓住座椅扶手，雙腳用力蹬地。
First, keep the upper part of your body upright and strained; grasp the arms of your seat with your tow hands firmly; step on th floor with your feet firmly.
第二種：兩臂伸直交叉，緊抓前面座椅靠背，頭俯下，雙腳用力蹬地。
Second, stretch both arms and cross them on the back of the seat in front of you, step on the floor with your feet firmly.
女士們，先生們：現在由客艙乘務員向您介紹救生衣的使用方法，L&G , we』ll now explain the use of the lift vest 。（SS對旅客呼喊：取出救生衣）
救生衣儲藏在您座椅下面的口袋裡Your life vest is located under your seat.
使用時，經頭部穿好。 To put the vest on , slip it over your head .將帶子扣好、系緊。Then fasten the buckles and pull the straps tight around your waist.
然後打開充氣閥門，但在客艙內不要充氣，充氣不足時，請將救生衣上部的兩個充氣管拉出，用嘴向里充氣。
To inflate， pull the tabs down firmly , but don』t inflate while in the cabin . If your vest needs further inflation, blow into the tubes on either side of your vest.
當機長發出命令時，您要做好防沖擊姿勢，當飛機未完全按停穩時，請您仍保持防沖擊的姿勢，當飛機停穩後，請按乘務員指揮進行緊急撤離。（請注意，機組穿紅色救生衣） （ 此時SS到客艙讓旅客試作安全姿勢）
You will brace for impact when the 「fasten seat belt」 or 「no smoking」 signs flash, or when the captain orders. Please remain in brace-for-impact position until the aircraft stop， and only then proceed to the emergency exits as directed by the Flight Attendants. (please note that the crew will wear red life vests.)
（廣播完畢後，SS走進客艙詢問：會做安全姿勢了嗎，系緊帶子，不要充氣，都明白自己的出口了嗎？）

14，PS：各位乘務員做好自身確認，（PS自身確認，穿好救生衣，巡視一遍客艙。
PS：報告機長：客艙各項准備工作完畢。（計時結束：5分鍾）

15， 機長宣布還有500英尺時，乘務員喊「系好安全帶，不要動，fasten your seat belt」2遍。
當機長宣布防沖撞開始時，乘務員高喊：「緊迫用力、彎腰低頭、brace」直至飛機停穩。
開機門脫出：（機長宣布撤離或應急燈亮表明飛機已經停穩）。
1，解開自身安全帶的同時，高喊「解開安全帶、open seatbelts.」
2，觀察門外狀況，確認分離器預位，開門，拉人工充氣手柄，封門2秒。
3，指揮旅客跳滑。高喊：「一個接一個，跳滑，救生衣充氣，jump, one by one! inflate lift vest」
4，乘務長最後檢查客艙，高喊「有沒有人？回答我，anybody here？」，帶好艙單離開飛機。

5，客艙安全設備示範：
女士們，先生們：現在由客艙乘務員向您介紹救生衣、氧氣面罩、安全帶的使用方法和緊急出口的位置。
L&G , we』ll now explain the use of the lift vest , oxyen mask, seat belt and location of the exit.
救生衣儲藏在您坐椅下面的口袋裡Your lifevest is located under your seat.
使用時，經頭部穿好。To put the vest on , slip it over your head .

Your oxygen mask is in a compartment above your head , and will drop automatically if oxygen is needed. When it does so , extinguish cigarettes and pull the mask firmly toward you to start the flow of oxygen . Place the mask over your nose and mouth and slip the elastic band over your head . Within a few seconds , the oxygen flow will begin.
在您坐椅上備有兩條可以對扣起來的安全帶，當飛機在滑行、起飛、顛簸和著陸時，請您系好安全帶。解開時，先將鎖口打來，拉出連接片。
In the interest of your safety , there are tow belts on the sides of your seat that can be buckled together around your waist . Please keep them fastened while the aircraft is taxiing , taking off , in turbulence and landing . to release , lift up on the plate of the buckle.
