相似之處是，兩者同屬Windows mobile系列操作系統，都是基於微軟PC的Windows操作系統演變而來，因此，它們的操作界面非常相似。同時在硬體系統上，採用微軟智能系統的手機一般都採用了英特爾嵌入式處理器，主頻比較高，另外，採用該操作系統的智能手機在其它硬體配置（如內存、儲存卡容量等）上也較採用其它操作系統的智能手機要高出許多，因此性能比較強勁，操作起來速度會比較快。但是，此系列手機也有一定的缺點，如因配置高、功能多而產生耗電量大、電池續航時間短、硬體採用成本高等缺點。
不同之處是，Smartphone基於Windows CE內核開發的，基於該操作系統的手機無需藉助手寫筆，只需用手機提供的鍵盤就能完成幾乎所有的操作，因此，使用該操作系統的手機用戶單手操作即可，而Pocket PC Phone則必須通過手寫筆才能操作，也就是說兩類系統最大的不同表現操作方式上。另外，盡管都是基於Windows系統，但在應用軟體上也不盡相同。

PDA是Personal Digital Assistant的縮寫，照中文翻譯稱為"個人數位助理"，它只是個概念 ，大體上就是一個能更有效率幫忙完成日常雜事的電子設備，主要就是繞著個人資訊管理 (PIM)這個議題在打轉，廣義的來說任何能達到PIM功能的電子設備都能稱為PDA，實際上多 專門指能方便攜帶的手持產品。

PPC為「Polyenylphosphatidylcholine」的縮寫，即「多元不飽和磷脂膽鹼」
人體細胞膜是由兩層具流動性的脂質與蛋白質所構成。細胞膜之所以具有流動性乃由於其脂質最主要的成份是磷脂質(phospholipid)。磷脂質顧名思義是含磷酸基的脂質。這一類的脂質乃以具三個碳的甘油(glycerol)為骨幹,其中第一個碳及第二個碳各接一個長鏈脂肪酸具親脂性,而第三個碳則接不同的磷酸基具親水性。由於磷脂質同時具親水及親脂的兩種特性,因此它們是人體內最重要的界面活化劑(乳化劑)。

磷脂質可依磷酸基的不同而被區分為不同的種類,常見的有磷脂酸(phosphatidic acid)、磷脂膽鹼(phosphatidylcholine)、磷脂乙醇胺(phosphatidylethanolamine)及磷脂肌醇 (phosphatidylinositol)等,其中以磷脂膽鹼占最大多數。

我們由磷脂膽鹼占人體重要器官(如心臟、肝臟、腎臟、肺臟等)之總磷脂質的百分之四十左右比例就可知其重要性。磷脂膽鹼一般被稱為卵磷脂 (lecithin)。一八八四年法國人葛布利從蛋黃中分析出含有窒素及磷酸基的脂質成份,因而命名為卵磷脂。卵磷脂不但是人體細胞膜上最主要的脂質,也是構成高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的主要脂質,擔任調整細胞和動脈中所蓄積的膽固醇的多寡。由於它有很強的乳化作用,可將脂肪變成微粒分散避免脂肪的凝固堆積。事實上,卵磷脂不僅是蛋黃之磷脂質的主要成份(佔70%),而且也是大豆磷質中最多的成份(佔28%)。卵磷脂(磷脂膽鹼)所擁有的脂肪酸的種類會影響細胞的流通性及通透性,也會影響細胞膜上許多酵素的功能。

一般而言，由卵黃及大豆萃取出的卵磷脂(磷脂膽鹼)具有一個飽和脂肪酸及一個不飽和脂肪酸(linoleic acid 亞麻油酸)。德國的學者從大豆卵磷脂(磷脂膽鹼)進一步分析出一種具有一對亞麻油酸之卵磷脂名為\"雙亞麻油酸磷脂膽鹼\"(1,2-Dilinoleoyl phosphophatidyl choline 簡稱 DDP、LPC),又稱多元不飽和脂肪酸磷脂膽鹼(polyenyl phosphophatidyl choline 簡稱 PPC)。PPC由於較一般的卵磷脂(磷脂膽鹼)有較多的不飽和脂肪酸,而且其兩個不飽和脂肪酸(亞麻油酸)中有一個是順式(Cis-form)具折彎的結構,因此比其他的卵磷脂(磷脂膽鹼)更容易進入細胞膜內,也更能增加細胞膜的流動性及通透性。

根據實驗數據，PPC細胞膜的通透性為其他具飽和脂肪酸之卵磷脂細胞膜的通透性之20倍以上。因此,PPC被認為是一種能改變細胞膜功能最理想的營養成份。可惜的是大豆中PPC的含量相當少。事實上,15公斤的黃豆只能提煉出1.8公克的PPC,而卵黃中則幾乎不含PPC的成份。由於PPC純化的困難影響到PPC在臨床應用的推展,近年來由於萃取科技的進步,高純度PPC的大豆萃取物終於出現,並且被應用於臨床,作為一種細胞膜修復的營養劑。

膽鹼為動物體內重要的營養素，是許多重要物質的成份之一。近年來研究發現含有膽鹼之磷脂質(choline phospholipid)在細胞訊號傳遞過程中扮演重要的角色，若過程中受到影響將導致細胞異常生長。當細胞表面接受器(receptor)受到荷爾蒙 (hormone)、成長因子 (growth factor)等物質刺激會活化細胞膜上的phospholipase將磷脂質水解產生diacylglycerol (DAG)等產物，再活化關鍵的調控酵素如protein kinase C (PKC)以調控細胞生長等重要的生理反應。DAG的代謝非常的快，因此phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)水解產生少量DAG僅能維持短暫的時間;需長時間刺激細胞時，則藉由含量較多之phosphatidylcholine (PC)水解以產生大量的DAG維持PKC活性，例如細胞的增殖與分化。缺乏膽鹼所產生的腫瘤細胞有c-myc基因放大的現象；另一方面，缺乏膽鹼會造成大量脂質累積在肝臟，細胞膜上DRG的含量較正常組來的高，細胞膜上PKC的活性亦較正常組高；而在人類直腸腫瘤細胞中不管腫瘤大小為何種程度，DAG含量卻較正常的細胞來的低。由於這些發現使得膽鹼在營養、健康和疾病上具有更重要的生理功能。Phosphatidylcholine (PC)，為最常見的磷脂質通常從蛋黃或大豆中提煉。

pocket自帶雲台 也就是說它是物理防抖 電子防抖再厲害 還是比不了物理防抖 如果你要求防抖系數比較高的 直接上就好了 而且因為有雲台 它可以跟蹤拍攝 這個也比較好玩 比較小巧 方便 缺點也比較明顯 就是拍人頭大 不是廣角 如果你需要自拍 需要加延長桿 裸機是不防水的 總的來說 可玩性很高 方便

action其實就是運動相機 樣子配件都和gopro差不多 我為什麼最後還是買它了呢 只有一個原因 它是前後雙屏 也就是說 我可以自拍的時候 看見自己 這樣我就可以隨時調整自己 裸機防水 臟了直接洗洗就好 綜合成像素質也比pocket更好一點 總結一下 雙屏功能齊全
