不同之处是，Smartphone基于Windows CE内核开发的，基于该操作系统的手机无需借助手写笔，只需用手机提供的键盘就能完成几乎所有的操作，因此，使用该操作系统的手机用户单手操作即可，而Pocket PC Phone则必须通过手写笔才能操作，也就是说两类系统最大的不同表现操作方式上。另外，尽管都是基于Windows系统，但在应用软件上也不尽相同。

人体细胞膜是由两层具流动性的脂质与蛋白质所构成。细胞膜之所以具有流动性乃由于其脂质最主要的成份是磷脂质(phospholipid)。磷脂质顾名思义是含磷酸基的脂质。这一类的脂质乃以具三个碳的甘油(glycerol)为骨干,其中第一个碳及第二个碳各接一个长链脂肪酸具亲脂性,而第三个碳则接不同的磷酸基具亲水性。由于磷脂质同时具亲水及亲脂的两种特性,因此它们是人体内最重要的界面活化剂(乳化剂)。

磷脂质可依磷酸基的不同而被区分为不同的种类,常见的有磷脂酸(phosphatidic acid)、磷脂胆碱(phosphatidylcholine)、磷脂乙醇胺(phosphatidylethanolamine)及磷脂肌醇 (phosphatidylinositol)等,其中以磷脂胆碱占最大多数。

我们由磷脂胆碱占人体重要器官(如心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肺脏等)之总磷脂质的百分之四十左右比例就可知其重要性。磷脂胆碱一般被称为卵磷脂 (lecithin)。一八八四年法国人葛布利从蛋黄中分析出含有窒素及磷酸基的脂质成份,因而命名为卵磷脂。卵磷脂不但是人体细胞膜上最主要的脂质,也是构成高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的主要脂质,担任调整细胞和动脉中所蓄积的胆固醇的多寡。由于它有很强的乳化作用,可将脂肪变成微粒分散避免脂肪的凝固堆积。事实上,卵磷脂不仅是蛋黄之磷脂质的主要成份(占70%),而且也是大豆磷质中最多的成份(占28%)。卵磷脂(磷脂胆碱)所拥有的脂肪酸的种类会影响细胞的流通性及通透性,也会影响细胞膜上许多酵素的功能。

一般而言，由卵黄及大豆萃取出的卵磷脂(磷脂胆碱)具有一个饱和脂肪酸及一个不饱和脂肪酸(linoleic acid 亚麻油酸)。德国的学者从大豆卵磷脂(磷脂胆碱)进一步分析出一种具有一对亚麻油酸之卵磷脂名为\"双亚麻油酸磷脂胆碱\"(1,2-Dilinoleoyl phosphophatidyl choline 简称 DDP、LPC),又称多元不饱和脂肪酸磷脂胆碱(polyenyl phosphophatidyl choline 简称 PPC)。PPC由于较一般的卵磷脂(磷脂胆碱)有较多的不饱和脂肪酸,而且其两个不饱和脂肪酸(亚麻油酸)中有一个是顺式(Cis-form)具折弯的结构,因此比其他的卵磷脂(磷脂胆碱)更容易进入细胞膜内,也更能增加细胞膜的流动性及通透性。

根据实验数据，PPC细胞膜的通透性为其他具饱和脂肪酸之卵磷脂细胞膜的通透性之20倍以上。因此,PPC被认为是一种能改变细胞膜功能最理想的营养成份。可惜的是大豆中PPC的含量相当少。事实上,15公斤的黄豆只能提炼出1.8公克的PPC,而卵黄中则几乎不含PPC的成份。由於PPC纯化的困难影响到PPC在临床应用的推展,近年来由於萃取科技的进步,高纯度PPC的大豆萃取物终於出现,并且被应用于临床,作为一种细胞膜修复的营养剂。

胆碱为动物体内重要的营养素，是许多重要物质的成份之一。近年来研究发现含有胆碱之磷脂质(choline phospholipid)在细胞讯号传递过程中扮演重要的角色，若过程中受到影响将导致细胞异常生长。当细胞表面接受器(receptor)受到荷尔蒙 (hormone)、成长因子 (growth factor)等物质刺激会活化细胞膜上的phospholipase将磷脂质水解产生diacylglycerol (DAG)等产物，再活化关键的调控酵素如protein kinase C (PKC)以调控细胞生长等重要的生理反应。DAG的代谢非常的快，因此phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)水解产生少量DAG仅能维持短暂的时间;需长时间刺激细胞时，则藉由含量较多之phosphatidylcholine (PC)水解以产生大量的DAG维持PKC活性，例如细胞的增殖与分化。缺乏胆碱所产生的肿瘤细胞有c-myc基因放大的现象；另一方面，缺乏胆碱会造成大量脂质累积在肝脏，细胞膜上DRG的含量较正常组来的高，细胞膜上PKC的活性亦较正常组高；而在人类直肠肿瘤细胞中不管肿瘤大小为何种程度，DAG含量却较正常的细胞来的低。由於这些发现使得胆碱在营养、健康和疾病上具有更重要的生理功能。Phosphatidylcholine (PC)，为最常见的磷脂质通常从蛋黄或大豆中提炼。

pocket自带云台 也就是说它是物理防抖 电子防抖再厉害 还是比不了物理防抖 如果你要求防抖系数比较高的 直接上就好了 而且因为有云台 它可以跟踪拍摄 这个也比较好玩 比较小巧 方便 缺点也比较明显 就是拍人头大 不是广角 如果你需要自拍 需要加延长杆 裸机是不防水的 总的来说 可玩性很高 方便

action其实就是运动相机 样子配件都和gopro差不多 我为什么最后还是买它了呢 只有一个原因 它是前后双屏 也就是说 我可以自拍的时候 看见自己 这样我就可以随时调整自己 裸机防水 脏了直接洗洗就好 综合成像素质也比pocket更好一点 总结一下 双屏功能齐全
