ansys、flux之類的功能比較正規點， 設置一下就可以做分析， 但是你有什麼回新奇點的想法答大概是很難實現的了
matlab有個FEM函數包， 也許做這方面能容易些吧。

如果你是公司里要做事情， 用ansys flux這種現成的就好了。 如果是搞研究要琢磨演算法或者寫論文的話也許matlab好一些。 如果研究完了要實用的話， 可以等matlab做通了轉fortran， 速度能快一些

寫代碼比較省心， 要是能設置好分布式計算的話， 算幾天什麼數據都有了 。 而且用ansys的話論文里對演算法、精度、開銷、細節之類的也不太好分析吧
我是說ansys， flux之類的東西方法都是固定的， 不是用來研究的， 如果就具體某類問題你選了一個比較適合的方法，做了一些適當的改進的話， 自己寫個程序就要比用這些更實用點。

『伍』 FEMLAB軟體的簡介

COMSOL的起源：COMSOL最先是Matlab的一個工具箱（Toolbox），叫做Toolbox 1.0。後來改名為Femlab 1.0（FEM為有限元，LAB是取用的Matlab），這個名字也一直沿用到Femlab 3.1。

從3.2a的版本開始，正式命名為COMSOL Multiphysics，因為COMSOL公司除了Femlab外又推出了COMSOL Script和COMSOL Reaction Engineering等一系列相關軟體。這兩款軟體也相當於Femlab的工具箱，也是為了滿足科研人員更高的要求。如在COMSOL Script中，你可以自己編程得到自己想要的模型並求解；你也可以通過編程在COMSOL基礎上開發新的適用本專業的軟體，也就是一個二次開發工具。所以COMSOL只是個公司名，軟體名應該是COMSOL Multiphysics，但由於現在大家都習慣了，也就不再計較這些了。

Multiphysics翻譯為多物理場，因此這個軟體的優勢就在於多物理場耦合方面。多物理場的本質就是偏微分方程組（PDEs），所以只要是可以用偏微分方程組描述的物理現像，COMSOL都能夠很好的計算、模擬、模擬。
